Board game rental website

I was thinking of starting a business to make an extra income and saw that there were board game rental sites, but that there was a lot of room for improvement. This project is in progress and still in design stage.

What was my role in this project?

First I started studying the competition, seeing how they work and noting points for improvement. It is almost the end of the first prototype stage and soon I will do another validation collecting feedback from people and then start programming. It is also in view since the design already think about the whole experience, including delivery, personalized bags with tickets, user manual and other things that create a new and better experience of renting board games.
